Job summary

Aaradhya Group seeks an Agriculture Content Creator to produce farmer-facing video and social content for Aaradhya Seeds, Bhoodhan AgriVentures and Krishidhan. This field-based role is based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, with regular field travel and reports to Aman, Founder.

The candidate should be fluent in Hindi with good on-camera presence, comfortable in field settings, and skilled at shooting/editing with CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci. Travel across Jabalpur and nearby districts is expected.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in fields, farms, dealer shops and village settings.
• Hands-on shooting and editing with CapCut or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of Indian crops and farming inputs and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Shoot on-location content: crop demos, trials, farm visits, dealer meetings.
• Create Reels, Shorts, long-form videos and posts in Hindi with captions.
• Record farmer testimonials with consent for use in content.
• Build monthly content calendar around crops and product launches.
• Edit and publish on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp channels.
• Track weekly results and optimize content accordingly.

• Krishidhan: Multi-retail agri-inputs outlet, moving toward quick-commerce.

Requirements

What you will do

• Shoot on-location content: crop demos, trial plots, research farm visits, farmer visits, dealer meetings and store walkthroughs.
• Create Reels, Shorts, long-form how-to videos, photo posts and carousels in Hindi, with captions and thumbnails.
• Record farmer testimonials and stage-wise crop progress (sowing to harvest), with the farmer's consent.
• Build a monthly content calendar around the crop season (Kharif, Rabi, Zaid) and product launches.
• Give each brand its own voice: scientific and trustworthy for Aaradhya Seeds, practical advisory for Bhoodhan, offers and product explainers for Krishidhan.
• Edit and publish on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp channels.
• Track weekly results (views, enquiries, WhatsApp leads) and improve what works.
• Keep all product content consistent with label claims and approved registrations. No guaranteed-yield or exaggerated claims.

Who you are

Must have

• Fluent Hindi, with a natural on-camera or voice-over presence.
• Comfortable working in fields, farms, dealer shops and village settings, in all weather.
• Hands-on shooting and editing with a smartphone or camera (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or similar).
• Basic understanding of Indian crops, inputs (seeds, crop protection, fertilisers) and how farmers buy.
• Own transport or willingness to travel across Jabalpur and nearby districts.

Good to have

• Agriculture degree or diploma, or farming background.
• Drone, gimbal or mic experience; voice-over and basic motion graphics.
• YouTube SEO, WhatsApp broadcast and local-language skills.
• Portfolio of agri, rural or product-demo content.

Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
