Job summary

ViralChilly: Create | Grow | Learn is seeking a creative UGC Content Creator to own social media content for our D2C brands and clients. You should be comfortable on camera and translate ideas from concept to script, shoot, edit and posting.

You will manage content calendars, produce regular Reels and short videos, write hooks and captions, plan shoots, coordinate with influencers, and ensure timely delivery with the design team.

Qualifications

• Good communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and social media trends.
• Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Ability to write engaging scripts and hooks.
• Basic understanding of video editing and content creation.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and content requirements.
• Experience in UGC, social media, influencer marketing or content creation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shoots and confidently appear on camera when required.
• Coordinate with the editing/design team to ensure timely delivery.
• Regularly post and maintain consistency across social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas based on brand goals and audience.
• Track content performance and suggest new ideas based on results.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident UGC Content Creator who can take ownership of Viral Chilly’s social media content and create engaging content for our D2C brands and clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, have a good understanding of social media trends, and be able to take an idea from concept → script → shoot → edit → posting.
