Job summary

RegisterKaro, a leading LegalTech platform, is seeking a creative Content Creator (Social Media) to boost its digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, X and more.

You will handle the full content lifecycle—from researching topics to scripting, writing, coordinating shoots, publishing, and analyzing performance on multiple platforms.

The role requires translating complex legal and compliance topics into clear, engaging content in English and Hindi.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong ability to simplify technical or complex information into clear and engaging content.
• Good understanding of social media platforms.
• Experience writing scripts, captions, blogs, social posts, and other digital content.
• Basic working knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, X, and other platforms.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and topics to identify content opportunities.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, videos, blogs, articles, explainers, and long-form content.
• Write compelling scripts and captions for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
• Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots and participate in short-form videos when required.
• Develop content around business registrations, taxation, compliance, licenses, legal updates, and entrepreneurship.
• Monitor content performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct regular content reviews and suggest improvements based on performance data.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator (Social Media) who can help build and strengthen RegisterKaro's digital presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to take complex legal, tax, and compliance topics and turn them into simple, engaging, and shareable content. You will be involved in the complete content lifecycle-from researching and ideating topics to scripting, writing, coordinating production, publishing, and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and frequently searched topics to identify content opportunities.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, videos, blogs, articles, explainers, and long-form content.
• Write compelling scripts and captions for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
• Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots and, where required, participate in or host short-form videos.
• Develop content around business registrations, taxation, compliance, licenses, legal updates, and entrepreneurship.
• Monitor content performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct regular content reviews and suggest improvements based on performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, or similar tools.
• Experience with video shooting, editing, or appearing on camera.
• Understanding of content marketing and lead-generation strategies.
