Job summary

HDFC Life International & RE is seeking a Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will craft engaging content, scripts for reels, and compelling copy while staying ahead of social media trends. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong communication, and comfort in front of the camera.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to design monthly content ideas, coordinate with agencies, and drive brand storytelling across digital channels.

Qualifications

About the Role

This role is ideal for professionals with 12 years of experience who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop concepts, scripts and create reels or short-form videos for social media campaigns.
• Write blogs, captions, articles, and marketing copy.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content.
• Be comfortable appearing in reels, explainer videos, and other digital content when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create authentic, engaging video content.

Social Media Strategy

• Assist in planning monthly social media content calendars.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

Creative Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with the creative agency for monthly social media creatives.
• Prepare creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Review creatives to ensure they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
