Volunteer Commitment

• 5‑6 hours per day
• 5‑6 days per week

Expectations from Volunteer

• Commit to 5‑6 hours of work per day as agreed upon.
• Be punctual, reliable, and communicate openly with the team.
• Treat guests, fellow volunteers, staff, and local communities with respect.
• Maintain cleanliness and help keep shared spaces organized.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with attention to detail.
• Bring a positive attitude and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of Bir.
• Respect property rules, quiet hours, and community guidelines.
• For creative roles (photography, videography, social media), be willing to share and collaborate on content created during the stay.
• Inform the team in advance about any changes in plans or availability.
