Job description

Overview

Duration: 15 Days - 1 Month • 5 hours a day (flexible, based on activities).

As a Community Champion, you’ll help build a vibrant atmosphere by interacting with guests and hosting daily activities that bring everyone together.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and offer hostel tours.
• Plan and host daily community events: Wall Art Showdown, Artist Night, Gaming Night, Movie Night, Karaoke, Tournaments, Storytelling Circle, Bonfire Sessions, Rise & Refresh mornings, and more.
• Capture fun content (photos, videos, reels).
• Engage with guests through online community groups.
• Collect feedback and support the team with guest engagement.
• Document daily highlights and share updates.

Qualifications

We are seeking a volunteer who is ready to take the lead on a specific project. Our main rule is to treat our equipment and our space with care and to stick to the project timeline. It’s important to know that you will be working directly with our guests, as this role requires a focused and professional approach.

Experience & Skills

• Short‑Term Community Engagement: 5 hours a day, minimum 2 weeks.
• Community Manager: 5 hours a day, minimum 2 weeks.
