Job description

Step into the heart of hostel life in Vagator, Goa. You’ll help with social media, front office support, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers from around the world. From capturing moments and engaging guests to helping with daily operations, you’ll be part of building a vibrant community and unforgettable travel experiences.

Primary Roles

• Social Media Management:Create engaging content (reels, photos, stories), capture daily hostel life, and maintain an active online presence.
• Reception & Guest Handling:Assist with check-ins/check-outs, guest queries, and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Event Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute social events, activities, and community gatherings within the hostel.

• Ability to handle multiple roles efficiently
• Quick problem-solving and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Creative mindset (content ideas, event concepts, guest engagement)
• Prior experience in hospitality, content creation, or events
