Job summary

HypTechie in Delhi is seeking a Content Associate to support Pratham’s Early Years content creation for children aged 3 to 6. You will help develop curricula, training resources for caregivers, and assist state-level project implementation.

The role requires 2–3 years in education or social sectors, a Bachelor’s degree, strong English writing, Hindi proficiency, and willingness to travel for field visits and trainings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Social Sciences.
• 2–3 years in education or social sector, preferably with exposure to early childhood education.
• Content development: experience in educational or training content creation/review.
• Strong English writing and communication skills; proficiency in Hindi (written & spoken) essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel (short-notice field visits, training, and program support).

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Review: Design and review curriculum and learning content for Pratham’s early years programs.
• Content Development & Review: Create engaging materials for children in Anganwadi centres and training resources for educators.
• Program Implementation & Support: Collaborate with state teams for project planning, training, and field implementation.
• Program Implementation & Support: Engage with government stakeholders to strengthen program delivery across states.
• Communication & Advocacy: Support visibility and outreach of the Urban Anganwadi program through events, conferences, advocacy efforts, and social media.
• Communication & Advocacy: Document program activities for internal knowledge management and external stakeholders (donors, government partners, collaborators).
• Documentation: Prepare knowledge and strategy documents, training decks, media posts, donor reports, and government-related communication.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and passionate about Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), with prior experience in content creation, program support, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Review
