Responsibilities include configuring CONTACT elements, data modeling, and implementing CI/CD for PLM deliverables, with exposure to Agile processes and Jira.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise configuring key CONTACT Elements such as Part & Document Management, Universal Classification, Structure & Variant Management and NX Integration.
• Experience customizing CONTACT Software using vendor-provided framework or APIs.
• Understanding CONTACT Software Data model and modules.
• Installation and administration of CONTACT Software and related components in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS; SQL/ PostgreSQL databases.
• Understanding REST API concepts and Python development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and building/deploying CONTACT PLM deliverables.
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Github usage.
• PLM fundamentals: Versioning, Revisioning, Checkin/Checkout, User Access Mgmt; Change/Workflow Management; BOM; PLM-CAD integration.

Job description

Role: PLM Teamcenter developer

Location: Bangalore, Pune

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

• Strong expertise in configuring key CONTACT Elements like Part & Document Management, Universal Classification, Structure & Variant Management and NX Integration
• Proven experience in customizing CONTACT Software using the specific framework / methodology / internal APIs provided by the product vendor
• In-depth understanding of the CONTACT Software Data model and key modules
• Extensive expertise in Installation, Administration of CONTACT Software and all the related components in cloud environments.
• Solid experience in using common programming languages (Python, JavaScript, and ReactJS, HTML5, CSS), as well as experience with databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Good understanding in the REST API concepts and development in Python.
• Good understanding in the CI/CD practices and experience in build and deployment of the CONTACT PLM deliverables
• Good technical understanding about the cloud platforms ( Azure/AWS/GCP), Github usage etc.
• Good knowledge on the PLM processes ( foundations ) and solutioning for the PLM domains.
• Basic PLM features (Versioning, Revisioning, Checkin/Checkout, User Access Mgmt. etc)
• Change Management and Workflow management
• BOM Management
• PLM-CAD Integration

Nice to have:

• Good Familiarity on Agile development processes and methods and tools ( Ex.. JIRA) .
