Job summary

Indovision Services Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai seeks a Consultant – Vendor & Asset Management to oversee IT infrastructure vendors, assets, contracts, and related processes.

The role focuses on vendor relationships, asset tracking, contract renewals, and cost optimization. candidates should be organized, analytical, and capable of working with cross-functional teams including procurement and legal. Immediate joining and a 5-day week with a rotational shift are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with IT infrastructure vendor management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing vendor relationships and SLA/KPI performance
• Handling escalations and conducting vendor performance reviews
• Tracking IT infrastructure assets such as Switches, Access Points, Firewalls, and other network products
• Maintaining accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records
• Managing support contract renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
• Supporting Procurement and Legal teams with vendor contracts and negotiations
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and cost optimization
• Preparing reports and insights on vendor performance, asset utilization, and cost savings
