Senior ERP Consultant

Overview

The Senior ERP Consultant will oversee and execute key aspects of ERP implementation projects, focusing on design, configuration, and deployment of ERP systems. The role works directly with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and configure solutions that align with objectives. The consultant collaborates with client and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, mentors junior consultants, and ensures deliverables are met within scope and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure ERP solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct system testing, including developing and executing test plans for ERP systems.
• Provide expertise on best practices and industry standards during implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project goals with client expectations.
• Mentor junior consultants, guiding them on project tasks and supporting their development.
• Maintain client relationships by providing expert advice and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in ERP system configuration, integration, and testing.
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects and managing client relationships.
• Experience working with business processes in ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing.
• Experience gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and managing project deliverables.
• Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP integration tools and platforms (e.g., cloud‑based ERP suites, middleware, or EDI platforms).
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Applications (SaaS).
• Experience in change management during ERP implementations.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Certification in ERP solutions or related fields.
