Job summary

Future Excel seeks a senior nephrologist in India to diagnose and manage kidney diseases, dialysis, and renal transplant patients. You will interpret tests, develop long-term care plans, and handle emergencies while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires DM/DNB in Nephrology with 15+ years of experience, valid MCI/NMC registration, and a willingness for immediate or early joining. Furnished accommodation is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• DM/DNB in Nephrology from a recognized institution.
• Valid Medical Council/NMC registration.
• 15+ years of experience in Nephrology preferred.
• Experience in ICU/critical nephrology and renal transplant care preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Immediate or early joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage kidney-related diseases including CKD, AKI, nephrotic syndrome.
• Evaluate and treat hypertension and renal complications.
• Manage patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Assess pre- and post-renal transplant patients.
• Interpret renal function tests and imaging.
• Perform or supervise kidney biopsy and dialysis catheter care.
• Develop long-term renal care plans.
• Handle emergency nephrology cases and inpatient/outpatient consults.
• Coordinate with urologists, intensivists, cardiologists for multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

• Evaluate and treat patients with hypertension and renal complications.
• Manage patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

• Develop individualized treatment and long-term renal care plans.
