Job summary

Medoralink in Alephata, Pune, invites an experienced MD/DNB Medicine to lead clinical evaluation and management across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will guide diagnostic decisions, prescribe evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with labs and radiology to ensure holistic patient care.

The role includes mentoring residents, participating in quality improvement, and documenting care in EMR systems while upholding NABH data standards.

Qualifications

• MD or DNB in Medicine recognized by NMC.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient internal medicine management.
• Proficiency in evidence-based clinical decision-making.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (eg, Practo, Apollo EMR, Cerner).
• Knowledge of NABH and clinical audit standards.
• Ability to manage high-volume clinical workflows with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical evaluation and diagnosis of complex internal medicine cases.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust therapeutic regimens per guidelines (NICE, ESC, ATS).
• Collaborate with labs, radiology, and allied health for integrated care.
• Deliver clinical teaching, mentor residents, and participate in QA audits.
• Document care using EMR systems and ensure NABH/HIPAA-aligned data governance.
• Participate in outreach programs and chronic disease management initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead clinical evaluation and diagnosis of complex internal medicine cases, including cardio-metabolic, respiratory, and gastroenterological conditions.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust therapeutic regimens aligned with national and global guidelines (NICE, ESC, ATS, etc).
• Collaborate with diagnostic labs, radiology, and allied health specialists to ensure integrated patient management.
• Deliver clinical teaching, mentor junior residents, and participate in QI-driven case reviews and audits.
• Document patient care using structured EMR systems and ensure compliance with NABH and HIPAA-aligned data governance.
• Participate in outreach programs, preventive health campaigns, and chronic disease management initiatives.
