Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced M365 Administrator to manage tenant configuration and security across the Microsoft 365 stack. You will handle user/mailbox provisioning, SharePoint/OneDrive settings, and Teams governance.

Expertise in PowerShell, Azure AD Connect and Defender for O365 with DLP/AIP is required, along with strong monitoring and reporting skills. This role demands collaboration with architects and operations teams.

Qualifications

• M365 administration including licensing, users and mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and task execution.
• Experience with Azure AD and Azure AD Connect for M365 modules.
• Security and identity experience across Defender for Office 365, Identity Protection and Intune.
• Knowledge of AIP and DLP administration and support.
• Strong monitoring and reporting of service health and Message Center

Responsibilities

• Managing M365 tenant configurations and platform administration.

• M365 Tenant and Platform Administration including configuration and setup
• Strong exposure on M365 fundamentals including License Management, User & Mailbox, MS teams, Onedrive for Business, Sharepoint Online administration, M365 productivity tools, ATP, Azure AD
• Strong knowledge on PowerShell scripting for Tasks automation using various PS modules · Hands-on knowledge on Azure AD, Azure AD connect for M365 modules
• Experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 security and identity ·
• Experience in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Identity Protection, and Intune
• Experience in AIP & DLP administration and support
• Should have good understanding on Monitoring and reporting of Service Health & Message Center
