Northern Trust, based in Bengaluru, seeks a Consultant – Investment Risk to support the Global Investment Risk team. You will monitor risk thresholds for portfolios, review analyst work, and help design new reporting formats.
The role requires 8–10 years in investment management, an MBA in Finance or CFA/FRM as an advantage, and solid knowledge of equities, fixed income, alternatives and derivatives. Collaboration across global teams is key.

Good understanding on monitoring and investment strategies in accordance with Investment guidelines. Keep business informed on regulatory matters like up-coming regulatory changes etc., Monitoring and reviewing key activities undertaken by the business. Establish as a Trusted Advisor to the business. The source of assessment and interpretation of all risks in the business for NTAM Senior Management and Northern Trust Corporate risk and to be a consultative partner to the front, middle, and back office capabilities, providing transparent information related to the risk of their portfolios, businesses and processes.
