Northern Trust in Pune is seeking an experienced operations professional to join our global team. You will ensure accurate transaction capture, lifecycle events, reconciliations, and client communications, while supporting cross‑functional projects and onboarding new hires.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/math and 2–5+ years in financial services, with strong numeracy, analytical skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment.
