We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and compassionate Intensivist (Critical Care Physician) to join our medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete care, treatment, and management of critically ill patients admitted to our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You will lead a multidisciplinary team, make rapid life‑saving decisions, and coordinate with various medical specialists to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Patient Management

• Lead ICU Care: Manage the admission, stabilization, daily care, and discharge planning of all critically ill patients.
• Perform Advanced Procedures: Competently execute critical care procedures including endotracheal intubation, central venous catheterization, arterial line placement, chest tube insertion, and lumbar punctures.
• Manage Life Support: Direct the initiation, monitoring, and weaning of mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, and advanced therapies like ECMO or CRRT if applicable.
• Respond to Emergencies: Act as the team leader for code blues, rapid response calls, and acute medical emergencies within the hospital.
