Responsibilities
- Research and analyze business functions and system requirements to design process workflows and technical documentation.
- Interact with customers to analyze needs and propose solutions.
- Create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and provide them to multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with PO and detail features to ensure alignment with business rules.
- Develop business cases in close partnership with product managers.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders (customer, technical team, PO) to eliminate gaps.
- Support Agile practices, facilitating iteration/release planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily stand‑ups.
- Create low or high‑fidelity prototypes as needed.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise to Scrum teams and help developers resolve functional queries.
- Validate requirements with key users and ensure development meets specified needs.
- Use Jira for project work and maintain clear documentation.
- Upskill on ITSM products and guide the team and business with latest changes.
- Deliver high‑quality analytical solutions for stakeholders.
- Assist Product Owner in building and prioritizing the product backlog using Agile practices.
- Collaborate with Product Management and architects to align vision and maximize business value.
- Coordinate ART ceremonies and inter‑team synchronization across the train.
- Define roadmap with Product Management and architects, ensuring stakeholder and architecture alignment.
- Oversee development and delivery of the ART, managing risks, alerts, and escalations when needed.
- Fluency in French required for effective communication.
Qualifications
- French‑speaking Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated functional knowledge and domain expertise.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Experience writing specifications and performing validation testing.
- Collaboration with stakeholders and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience promoting Agile practices, preparing and leading Agile ceremonies.
- High level of self‑drive and ability to support team objectives.
- Strong sense of autonomy and ability to make decisions independently.
- Fluency in French mandatory.
