Responsibilities

• Research and analyze business functions and system requirements for process workflow design and technical design documentation.
• Interact with the customer to analyze needs and propose solutions.
• Create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
• Provide user stories to multidisciplinary teams and define business‑driven acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the product owner to detail features into stories; review with business analysts and confirm alignment with business rules.
• Develop business cases in collaboration with product managers.
• Facilitate discussions with all stakeholders (customer, technical team, PO) to remove gaps at any level.
• Support Agile practices and encourage service improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, Sprint Review, and Daily Stand‑up.
• Create low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes as needed.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in specific functional area(s) to the assigned Scrum team.
• Assist developers in clarifying functional queries and work with key users/customers to resolve issues.
• Ensure development is performed according to requirements.
• Validate requirements with key users; proficient use of Jira for project work.
• Upskill on ITSM products and best practices; guide the team and business on latest ITSM changes.
• Deliver high‑quality analytical solutions for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog using Agile practices.
• Contribute with the Product Management Team and architects to carry the vision and share it with teams, maximizing business value.
• Address value chains across business units to achieve optimizations and efficiencies.
• Organize ART ceremonies to facilitate progress across the organization.
• Synchronize teams around the train and manage dependencies with the technical base.
• Define roadmap with Product Management and architects.
• Coordinate developments and delivery of the ART based on system team and tribe stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issue alerts when required, and escalation in case of blockages.
• Fluency in French to communicate is mandatory.
