Job summary

SoulAce is seeking a CSR Manager in Mumbai to lead the company’s social responsibility efforts. You will design strategies, coordinate programs, and drive stakeholder engagement to maximize positive impact.

The role requires rolling out programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting outcomes to leadership and partners. You will manage budgets, train staff on CSR practices, and monitor program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of CSR or sustainability experience.
• Proven track record in developing and managing CSR programs.
• Strong understanding of CSR principles and best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CSR reporting tools.
• CSR or sustainability certification is a plus.
