Job summary

Kent Constructions Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a proactive Consultant Coordinator to align with consultants, internal teams and project stakeholders on site in Kerala. Excellent English communication is mandatory as you handle documentation and coordination across multiple parties.

You will track drawings, approvals and submissions, maintain records, arrange meetings and site visits, and ensure timely dissemination of information to support smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultant coordination, project coordination, construction, real estate, architecture, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers and project stakeholders.
• Follow up with consultants regarding drawings, documents, approvals, submissions and project requirements.
• Maintain records of consultant communications, drawings, submissions and approvals.
• Track pending deliverables and follow up with concerned consultants.
• Coordinate meetings, discussions and site visits with consultants as required.
• Communicate project requirements and updates to consultants and internal teams.
• Ensure timely circulation and documentation of drawings and project information.
• Identify delays and accelerate them to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper documentation and coordination records.
• Support the project team in ensuring smooth coordination with all consultants.

Requirements
