Job summary

Medoralink in Jaipur seeks an experienced Anesthesiologist to lead care for complex surgeries, perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and plan anesthesia with ASA classifications. You will monitor intraoperative vitals, manage airway and hemodynamics, and apply ACLS protocols as needed.

You will oversee postoperative recovery, pain management, and participate in departmental audits to raise perioperative safety and outcomes. Collaboration with surgeons and intensivists is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have DA, DNB and MD in Anesthesiology.
• ACLS, advanced airway management and regional anesthesia are required.
• POCUS and perioperative monitoring proficiency expected.
• Experience in teaching hospitals and research publications preferred.

• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, risk stratify patients, and tailor anesthetic plans using ASA classifications.
• Manage intraoperative monitoring, hemodynamic stability, and emergency resuscitation including ACLS protocols.
• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery, manage pain control, and mitigate complications like PONV or respiratory depression.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and intensivists to optimize patient flow and perioperative safety standards.
• Participate in departmental audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement of anesthesia pathways.
