Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interface effectively with patients, technicians, nursing staff and service users.
• Demonstrate application of technical & professional knowledge.
• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative anesthesia care.
• Be available for emergency calls of the OT & ICU.
• Supervise nursing/para-medical & non-medical staff to maintain high standards.
• Participate in CME, journal clubs & conferences.
• Coordinate provisioning of infrastructure and maintenance support, procurements of medical consumables and equipment.
• Orientation of IMS system of Hospital.
• Comply with service quality processes.

Role:To provide & ensure direct or indirect accurate medical attention to all cases needing anesthesia before any surgical procedure. To provide high quality Pre-anesthesia, anesthesia and Post-operative anesthesia care in the hospital

Reporting the Occupational & Environmental Issues to HOD.

Authority

Designated Consultant will oversee roster of anesthesia consultant and technician in absence of Senior Consultant

Oversee patient management and flow in ICU.
