Formación

• Must have strong ERP expertise (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics).
• Mandatory experience in IT / Technology Due Diligence.
• Experience in ERP implementation, support, transformation or consulting.
• Exposure to M&A transactions, integration or separation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct IT/Technology Due Diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Assess ERP landscapes, architectures, integrations, data, costs, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare IT Due Diligence reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Support ERP integration and separation activities during M&A transactions.
• Support ERP implementation, transformation and data migration initiatives.
• Participate in client interviews and workshops to understand ERP and business requirements.
• Identify technology risks, dependencies and transaction implications.
• Support TSA planning and technology separation activities.
• Work with cross-functional technology teams and vendors.
• Manage workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• For Associate Manager: lead workstreams, manage client interactions and mentor junior team members.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct/support IT / Technology Due Diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Assess ERP landscapes, applications, architecture, integrations, data, costs, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and contribute to IT Due Diligence reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Support/lead ERP integration and separation activities during M&A transactions.
• Support ERP implementation, transformation and data migration initiatives.
• Participate in client interviews and workshops to understand ERP and business requirements.
• Identify technology risks, dependencies and transaction-related implications.
• Support TSA planning and execution and technology separation activities.
• Work with cross-functional technology teams and third-party vendors.
• Manage workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outputs.
• For Associate Manager: lead workstreams, manage client interactions and mentor junior team members.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong ERP expertise in SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics.
• Mandatory experience in IT / Technology Due Diligence.
• Experience in ERP implementation, support, transformation or consulting.
• Exposure to M&A / transactions, integration or separation.
• Understanding of the M&A lifecycle and IT's role in transactions.
• Experience in ERP architecture, diagnostics, integration/separation or data migration.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
