Corporate Deals Technology (CDT), a key practice of the Strategy platform, works with corporate clients across industries supporting engagements: Developing M&A Technology Strategies for integrations, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures by collaborating with C-suite executives Conducting Technology Due Diligence to assess IT landscapes, identify risks, and evaluate value creation opportunities Advising on Integration and Divestiture Planning to align technology strategy with business and operational priorities Designing Future-State Technology Models and Architectures
