Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Site Store Assistant role based in Khar Danda. The Store Assistant will help manage construction materials at the site, including receiving deliveries, verifying quantities, and organizing materials in designated storage areas. The role involves maintaining accurate records of stock levels, issuing materials to site teams as needed, and updating logs or basic inventory systems. The Store Assistant will coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and site staff to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth day-to-day operations in the site store. The position also requires basic housekeeping of the store area, adherence to safety procedures, and support in simple administrative tasks related to material handling.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with site staff, vendors, and supervisors.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales and basic Organization Skills to manage stock, maintain order in the store, and track materials as they are Specially posses good knowledge of steel material
• Candidates should possess the ability to participate in or support Training related to store procedures, safety practices, and basic inventory processes.
• Candidates should have basic numeracy and record-keeping skills, with familiarity in using paper logs or simple digital tools for inventory.
• Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in a construction environment, following safety and company guidelines.
• Prior experience in a store, warehouse, or construction site support role is preferred; local candidates familiar with Khar Danda and surrounding areas are an advantage.
