Job summary

Elevate Consulting is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to independently manage multiple construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes.

The role requires strong civil/construction knowledge, experience with RFIs and change orders, and the ability to work with U.S.-based project teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from award through completion.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs, scope of work, and schedules for conflicts or issues.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, procurement, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct reviews and meetings with stakeholders and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based teams and close open items.

Elevate Consulting provides project management and construction support services to construction companies. We work closely with contractors, project managers, consultants, vendors, and field teams to support projects from planning through completion.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who can independently manage and support multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project management from award through successful completion.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, scope of work, project schedules, resource plans, and construction methodologies.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation or recovery plans.
• Conduct project review and coordination meetings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, technical specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate directly with U.S.-based project management and field teams and take ownership of open items through completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scopes of work.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, and MEP construction activities.
• Ability to review drawings and identify scope conflicts, missing information, and potential field issues.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF/Bluebeam-type software.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Experience supporting U.S. construction projects is highly preferred.
• Must be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and project teams.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a construction-minded Project Manager, not just a documentation coordinator.

The candidate should understand how projects are actually built, be capable of reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying potential issues, coordinating multiple trades, managing project documentation, and independently following tasks through completion.
