Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure on-time completion and adherence to specs.
• Evaluate, select, and manage contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage all project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, RFIs, changes, and records.
• Lead regular project meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present updates covering milestones, budgets, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within specifications.
• Evaluate, select, and manage contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, quality, and cost - effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and statutory requirements.
