Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a Construction Planning Manager to lead detailed scheduling across large infrastructure projects in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. You will prepare and monitor baselines, coordinate with teams, and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 / MS Project skills and deep understanding of project controls. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in construction planning, infrastructure, or government projects, and a degree in civil

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Construction Planning, Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls.
• Experience in infrastructure, urban development, or government projects.
• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
• Experience in preparing baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress reports and recovery plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, milestones, and project plans.
• Track project progress against approved baseline schedules and targets.
• Identify delays, risks and schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports and project updates.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives for progress data.
• Review programmes, work plans, resource requirements, and recovery schedules.
• Maintain project planning dashboards, MIS, and progress records.
• Support project review meetings, presentations, and management reporting.
• Ensure timely updating of project schedules and monitoring of progress.

Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, milestones, and project plans.

• Experience in preparing baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in Smart City / Urban Development / Government infrastructure projects will be preferred.
