Job summary

Adani Group is seeking an experienced piping project leader to manage large-scale oil and gas piping projects. You will oversee team execution, ensure safety, and coordinate with planning, procurement and client stakeholders to meet timelines.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 13–20 years in piping projects, and hands-on oil and gas experience. Strong planning, negotiation and governance skills are essential to drive value for major industrial programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale piping projects through proper delegation.

• Understand client needs for piping projects.
• Regular meetings with clients on progress and changes.
• Allocate tasks among team members for piping execution.
• Coordinate with planning and project teams for resource availability (cranes, manpower).

Job description

Purpose/Objective

Team Handling , Construction Management , Decision making and technical Skills, Coordination and execution of various types of piping jobs within timeline with maintained quality, safety and industrial benchmarks parameters.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• To Execute large scale piping projects through proper job delegation down the line.
• Coordinate various activities involved in piping jobs for smooth execution in terms of engineering, procurement, material consumable Implement innovative ideas, methods, process to reduce the time and cost of the piping projects.
• Understand the needs of clients for piping jobs
• Regular meetings with client about the progress of projects and changes if any in projects / its activities
• Proper allocation of task among the team members for piping execution jobs
• Coordinating with planning and projects teams for availability of resources at required time such as crane, hydra and other manpower recourses

Technical Competencies

• Commitment Towards Safety Standards,Technical Knowledge (UG/AG Piping, Designing, Quality etc.),Customer Relationship Management,Governance & Compliance

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Experiences: Minimum experience: 13-20 years in large scale piping project .
• Hands-on experience of handling oil & gas project of same kind.
• Various kind of piping job planning, execution & coordination in large scale industrial projects Sound technical skills and good planner Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors
