Job Overview

BluPine Energy is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of utility-
scale solar power projects. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring

projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for solar power projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution in coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and site resources.
• Oversee construction activities related to PV areas, transmission lines, evacuation systems, and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain project reports, including DPR, DSR, WPR, MDL, and PCT.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, permits, DISCOM regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and construction best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in solar project construction management.
• Proven experience in managing ground-mounted solar projects, including:
  • Minimum 10 projects of 50 MWp+ capacity each.
  • Cumulative execution experience of 500 MWp+.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC infrastructure, transmission lines, switchyards, terminal bays, and commissioning protocols.
• Familiarity with construction management tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Google Earth.
• Strong understanding of statutory requirements, legal compliance, and project controls.
