Client seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee end-to-end site execution for commercial and institutional projects, leading on-site operations, ensuring efficient coordination among stakeholders, and delivering projects in line with quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring smooth site operations and timely progress.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to meet key milestones and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and provide on-site decision-making support.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction practices, productivity, and quality outcomes.
