• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and productivity to achieve budget objectives.
• Identify, report, and manage design changes and construction modifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain construction records, reports, and project documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site teams while promoting knowledge and technology transfer.
