Job summary

• Plan, monitor and direct resources to complete the project within the contract period.
• Assess work methods and performance of subcontractors and employees for compliance.
• Advise on negotiation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers to meet cost and quality.
• Manage terms and deliverables for prime contracts and subcontracts to protect the company’s risks.
• Input into cost control with the commercial department and Project Director/Manager to manage cost and risk.
• Coordinate design deliverables and interfaces between sections and suppliers to ensure program adherence.
• Regularly review site safety to maintain a safe work environment.
