Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to plan and monitor resources to ensure project completion within contract timelines. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing cost and risk, and ensuring HSE safety at the site.

The candidate should hold BE/BTech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, with experience in coordinating design deliverables and interfaces with suppliers. This position is based in India and offers full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and direct resources to complete the project within the contract period.
• Assess subcontractors and employees to ensure compliance with obligations and management plan.
• Advise input into negotiation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers for cost and quality.
• Manage terms and deliverables for prime contracts and subcontracts to protect company risks.
• Contribute to cost control with the commercial department and Project Director/Manager to manage project cost and risk.
• Coordinate environment and safety in line with the company’s management plans.
• Coordinate design deliverables and interfaces between sections and suppliers to meet project requirements.
• Regularly review HSE safety at work site to ensure a safe work.
