Job summary

• Coordinate with government departments and local authorities when required.
• Handle project documentation, reports, measurements, and billing.
• Verify contractor bills and work completion measurements.
• Identify project risks and take corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Maintain overall responsibility for quality, safety, budget, and timely project delivery.
