Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead base build construction for IT parks and large commercial offices. You will oversee the full lifecycle from pre-construction through handover, coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and contractors, and drive on-time delivery with a strong focus on quality and safety.

• 15+ years of experience in construction project execution.
• Experience in IT Park or large-scale commercial office space projects.
• Mandatory experience in Base Build construction.
• Experience in a PMC environment is highly preferred.
• End-to-end construction lifecycle experience from initiation to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of base build construction for large-scale IT Park or commercial office developments.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from pre-construction, planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover.
• Support the Project Director in achieving objectives related to schedule, quality, cost, and safety.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review construction methodologies, work schedules, and contractor progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Manage contractor performance, resource planning, and issue resolution throughout construction.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and timely decision-making during execution.

• Experience handling end-to-end construction lifecycle from project initiation to handover.

Strong understanding of commercial office building construction, contractor management, and project controls.
