Responsible for leading and coordinating site-level project execution activities to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery within budget. Acts as a key link between the Project Head and site teams, driving daily operations and facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams.
Plan, monitor, and execute site activities in line with project timelines and budget. Coordinate with various site functions like planning, stores, quality, and EHS to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise subcontractors and workmen to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards. Track progress and highlight deviations or delays, working proactively to resolve site-level issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory guidelines across the site. Support the Project Head in preparing reports, MIS, and client updates.
Participate in client and consultant meetings and handle inspections, audits, and approvals. Implement site-level digital tools and reporting systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process adherence, and cost optimization. Ensure proper documentation of site logs, DPRs, material reconciliation, and billing support.
