• Lead end-to-end construction lifecycle: planning, procurement, execution, handover.
• Develop construction strategy for Hyderabad region and collaborate with design, product, leadership teams.
• Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors; oversee contracts and procurement.
• Maintain luxury quality benchmarks; ensure compliance with local regulations and safety.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization; identify value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, finance) and external stakeholders (architects, authorities).

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Project Execution & Delivery
  Lead end-to-end construction lifecycle: planning procurement execution
  handover
  Ensure projects meet premium luxury standards aligned with branded residences
  Drive adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications
• 2. Planning & Strategy
  Develop construction strategy for Hyderabad region
  Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams for project conceptualization
  Implement global best practices in construction and project management
• 3. Vendor & Contract Management
  Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors
  Oversee contracts, procurement, and commercial negotiations
  Ensure strong vendor ecosystem for high-quality execution
• 4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
  Maintain best-in-class quality benchmarks for luxury developments
  Ensure compliance with local regulations, RERA, safety norms
  Drive zero-compromise culture on safety and workmanship
• 5. Cost & Budget Control
  Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization
  Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality
• 6. Stakeholder Management
  Coordinate with:
  Internal teams (design, sales, finance)
  External stakeholders (architects, consultants, authorities).
