Tribeca Creators Llp is seeking a Construction Head to lead end‑to‑end execution of luxury residential and mixed‑use developments in Hyderabad. You will drive project delivery, quality, timelines, and cost control while coordinating with design, product, and leadership teams to implement global best practices.

The role requires strong vendor and contract management, stakeholder coordination, and a proven track record of delivering large‑scale branded developments with a design‑led approach.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with postgraduate PM preferred.
• 15–20 years in construction/project management, luxury/residential focus ideal.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, branded developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end construction lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Ensure premium luxury standards and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop construction strategy for Hyderabad region and collaborate with design and leadership.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendor contracts/negotiations.
• Maintain safety, quality benchmarks, and regulatory compliance (RERA).
• Monitor budgets and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Build and mentor high‑performance site and project teams.

About the role

The Construction Head will lead end‑to‑end execution of high‑end residential and mixed‑use developments in Hyderabad, aligning with Tribecas philosophy of delivering design‑led trophy properties with global benchmarks. This role is responsible for project delivery, quality, timelines, cost control, and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead end‑to‑end construction lifecycle: planning procurement execution handover
• Ensure projects meet premium luxury standards aligned with branded residences
• Drive adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications

2. Planning & Strategy

• Develop construction strategy for Hyderabad region
• Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams for project conceptualization
• Implement global best practices in construction and project management

3. Vendor & Contract Management

• Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Oversee contracts, procurement, and commercial negotiations
• Ensure strong vendor ecosystem for high‑quality execution

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain best‑in‑class quality benchmarks for luxury developments
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, RERA, safety norms
• Drive zero‑compromise culture on safety and workmanship

5. Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization
• Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality

6. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with:

• Internal teams (design, sales, finance)
• External stakeholders (architects, consultants, authorities)
• Represent construction in leadership reviews

7. Team Leadership

• Build and lead high‑performance site and project teams
• Mentor project managers and engineers
• Establish performance‑driven culture aligned with Tribeca values

Qualification & Experience

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate (preferred): Construction Management / Project Management
• 1520+ years in construction/project management
• Strong experience in luxury residential / high‑rise / branded developments
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects

Preferred Background

• Experience with premium/luxury developers or branded residences
• Exposure to international design standards or partnerships
• Experience in Hyderabad or South India market
