Job summary

Plasterhub in Gujarat is seeking an experienced construction estimator to review plans, calculate material quantities and prepare quotations. You will coordinate projects from approval to completion and liaise with builders, suppliers and installers.

The role requires 2–5 years in estimating or related fields, a Diploma or B.Arch, and strong MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook, plus familiarity with project management software.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
• Diploma or B.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word) and Excel, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, engineering documents and energy reports to estimate materials.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Quoting

• Review plans, engineering documents and energy reports.
• Calculate plasterboard and insulation quantities.
• Prepare material take-offs, labour requirements and quotations.
• Check scope, exclusions and variations.
• Update pricing and follow up quotations.

Job Coordination

• Coordinate jobs from approval to completion.
• Book installers and arrange materials/deliveries.
• Communicate with builders, suppliers and installers.
• Confirm site readiness and monitor job progress.
• Manage variations and keep job records updated.

Accounts & Administration

• Prepare invoices and enter supplier bills.
• Monitor receivables and follow up overdue payments.
• Assist with accounts payable and financial administration.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier records.
