Job summary

Aishwaryam Group is seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to join our real estate and construction team in Pune. You will prepare accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments and support budgeting and feasibility studies.

You will analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications, perform quantity take-offs, coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and procurement teams, and help prepare tender documents and bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with exposure to estimation.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying/Estimation is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.
• MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic ERP systems experience.

Knowledge of GFC drawings and quantity take-off methods

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
