Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking an experienced Conga CPQ professional to design, build, and continuously improve CPQ solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role blends hands-on development with functional expertise, turning business needs into scalable CPQ capabilities.

You will develop Conga CPQ solutions, map requirements, own end-to-end CPQ implementations, and ensure integration with Salesforce architecture while coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Conga CPQ
• Proficient in designing CPQ solutions on Salesforce
• Experience delivering end-to-end CPQ implementations

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out Conga CPQ solutions aligned to business objectives in Salesforce environments
• Elicit, challenge, and analyse CPQ requirements with stakeholders across functions
• Lead CPQ setup including product bundling, pricing and discount rules, and quote generation
• Own Conga CPQ implementations end to end with focus on quality and on-time delivery
• Write and maintain functional specs, workflows, and integration designs
• Ensure CPQ integrates cleanly into Salesforce architecture with technical and integration teams

• Work alongside stakeholders across functions to elicit, challenge, and analyse Configure-Price-Quote requirements.
• Act as the go-to expert on CPQ setup - including product bundling, pricing and discount rules, and quote generation.
• Own Conga CPQ implementations end to end, taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery.
• Write and maintain functional specifications, process workflows, and integration designs.
• Guarantee that CPQ fits cleanly into the broader Salesforce architecture and connects reliably to surrounding systems, partnering closely with technical and integration teams.
