You will handle L1-L3 support, device lifecycle tasks, Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, and contribute to automation, documentation, and reporting activities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint management.
• Hands-on support for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS endpoints.
• Familiarity with MEM, MAM, MCM policies, enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.
• Exposure to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

• MDM & Endpoint Management using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools.
• Manage devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.

We are currently seeking a Configuration Senior Analyst - MDM to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title

Systems Engineering Associate - MDM & Endpoint (Grade 7)

Experience

5-7 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobility support.

Role Overview

This role focuses on hands-on operational support for MDM and Endpoint services, supporting day-to-day activities and issue resolution under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities

MDM & Endpoint Management

• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools.
• Manage and support devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.
• Support MEM, MAM, MCM policies, device enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.

Operations & Support

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support based on role scope for endpoint and mobility services.
• Troubleshoot device, application, and policy-related issues.
• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Implementation & Projects

• Support endpoint deployments, upgrades, and onboarding activities.
• Execute tasks related to Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.
• Assist with automation, documentation, and reporting activities.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
