Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist – MDM & Endpoint Management (Grade 10) with 10–15 years of experience to design, implement and operate enterprise MDM/UEM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.

You will manage large device estates across iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, implement security baselines, compliance policies and conditional access, and provide L3 escalation for complex device and policy issues.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise MDM/UEM platforms such as Intune and Workspace ONE.
• Experience across iOS, Android, Windows and macOS devices.
• Knowledge of MEM, MAM, MCM, and compliance policies.

Job Title Systems Engineering Specialist – MDM & Endpoint Management (Grade 10)

Experience 10–15 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services.

Key Responsibilities

MDM / UEM Engineering & Operations

• Design, implement, and support enterprise MDM/UEM platforms including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
• Manage large-scale device estates across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.
• Provide expert support for MEM, MAM, MCM, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Support MDM migrations and onboarding activities under defined architectures.
• Act as L3 escalation for complex device and policy-related issues.
• Implement security baselines and compliance policies as defined.

Transition, Consulting & Delivery

• Support service transitions and customer onboarding activities.
• Provide technical inputs for assessments, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Execute endpoint and MDM implementations aligned to defined standards.

Operations & Service Excellence

• Ensure SLA adherence, service reporting, and operational governance.
• Support 24x7 MDM operations and critical incident management.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, reporting, and preventive actions.

People & Stakeholder Management

• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and customer communication.
