Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Configuration Senior Specialist to join our Noida team. You will manage imaging, Intune, and SCCM platforms, while troubleshooting complex issues and delivering configuration management services to key accounts.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows imaging, SCCM 2007/2012, Intune, and scripting to automate inventory collection and deployment tasks. This position is based in Noida, UP, India.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of current scripting technologies and batch commands.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server administration including AD, domains, policies.

Configuration Senior Specialist NTT DATA strives to hire exceptional, innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us. If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, We are currently seeking a Configuration Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

• Excellent knowledge on various Imaging engines and Windows10/11 imaging technology
• Good knowledge on manaing Intune and mobile devices within Intune
• Working knowledge of current configuration management software ex. System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
• Interfaces with customer and account based teams on projects.
• Performs complex troubleshooting activities.
• Provides 3rd-level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues.
• Responsible for providing configuration management services to Account Focused/leveraged accounts.
• Should have a deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management using SCCM 2007\2012
• Knowledge in Image Management using SCCM 2007 & 2012.
• Able to develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch etc...)
• Understanding on Package server, Task server, PXE server concepts
• Strong in troubleshooting Windows server/client and Networking issues, server side as well as client side issue
• Resilient in troubleshooting able to create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from clients
• Handle test and release of applications and Patches using SCCM Knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit all Levels.
• Should be able generate custom reports using SQL queries or MYSQL
• Advance level of knowledge about SCCM infrastructure, primary site servers, secondary site servers and distribution points.
