We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our export team. You will handle daily data entry, generate shipping and customs documents, and manage client or order databases. Your work ensures our international shipments and records run smoothly and without errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Export & Other Documentation: Prepare and type export invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and shipping labels accurately.
• Data Entry: Input sales orders, buyer details, and inventory counts into the companys ERP system, CRM, or spreadsheet software.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or Office Assistant, preferably within an export, logistics, or trading company.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel and Word) and familiarity with database management or e-commerce/export software.
• Typing & Accuracy: Fast typing speed (minimum 40+ WPM) with a high degree of precision and attention to detail to avoid costly shipping mistakes.
• Communication: Good written and verbal English skills to understand international shipping terms and draft clear operational emails.
