Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer role based in Shahapur. The CNC Programmer will create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining and milling operations, ensuring parts are produced to specification, within tolerance, and on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings and engineering documents, selecting appropriate tools and machining parameters, and setting up or supporting setup of CNC machines. The role involves troubleshooting programming and machining issues, performing test runs, and collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve processes and efficiency. The CNC Programmer will also maintain documentation, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong CNC Programming and Programming skills for machining operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills for operating and optimizing CNC processes.
• Candidates should possess Technical Drawing interpretation skills for reading and understanding engineering and manufacturing drawings.
• Relevant experience in CNC programming for manufacturing, preferably in HVAC or related industrial production.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Working knowledge of CNC controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) and CAM software is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Shahapur and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
