Role Description:

This is a full‑time, on‑site CNC Programmer role based in Ahmedabad. The CNC Programmer will prepare and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations, ensuring accurate production of rotary joints and related components. Day‑to‑day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and machining parameters, setting up machines, and verifying first‑off parts against specifications. The role involves troubleshooting programming and machining issues, collaborating with production and quality teams to improve processes, and maintaining documentation of programs, tooling, and setups. The CNC Programmer will also monitor machine performance, support preventive maintenance, and follow all safety and quality guidelines.

Required skill and qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of CNC machines and the programming languages used to access and control them
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Know‑how in a variety of software including CAD/CAM software
• Prior experience working as a CNC programmer, CNC operator, or a similar role
• Expertise in safety precautions and regulations that come with operating CNC equipment
