Job summary

The CNC Lab in Bangalore is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. You will operate CNC machinery, read basic drawings, and ensure tight quality standards.

We value hands-on learners, 1+ year experience, and immediate joiners. You will work with vernier calipers and measuring tapes, monitor tooling and machine performance, and contribute to safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machine.
• Load and unload raw materials and pack finished products.
• Read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
• Perform basic checks using vernier calipers and measuring tape.
• Monitor machine performance and check abnormalities, tool wear, or breakdowns.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and machining concepts.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine operations, and about tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
